That is what I need is an online timer - one that shuts down my computer after a predetermined time - and can't be turned on again until the next day.

Do they sell one of those? :-)

No kidding, Retired Knitter! Maybe you're on to something there that we should market and make millions! :) I'm with the Blogathon. Just stopping by to visit! Can't say I'm an avid runner, but I do "jog" every morning on the treadmill for about 2-3 miles. That's about all my knees and feet can handle. Love your knitted scarves by the way!
