A-Z Challenge…T

Time. Doesn’t the saying go “Timing is everything”.  Yes, and hindsight is always 20/20.  The Big Guy was asking me the other day, “why is it that you are running a much as you are, and enjoying it now, rather than years ago?”  Good question!  I’ve been t thinking about that, and I can’ pinpoint why running is so good right now as opposed to years ago.  Maybe because:

1. The girls were little
2. Girls had different school/after-school schedules
3. The excessive volunteer activities  (I did volunteer too much)
4. I have more free time?
5. Found the run/walk/run method
6. ?

Running just wasn’t meant to be then , the season is now!   I’m in my (OMG!) mid-40’s and  I have never felt better!!
